Weekend Receptionist Opportunity at Riverwalk Village

Part-Time Weekend Hours Available

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. The receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while handling a variety of administrative and front desk duties.

Skills Needed

ยท Customer Service and Communication: Friendly and professional demeanor providing patience, empathy, active listening skills and the ability to provide clear communication. ยท Administrative and Office Skills: The ability to manage a multi-line phone system. Mail handling, data entry, filing and recording keeping. ยท Supportive Presence: Creating a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents. ยท Teamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.

Requirements:

ยท High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. ยท Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence. ยท One to three months of related experience.
