TruBlue of East Wake & Northern Johnston County is a new locally owned franchise serving homeowners throughout Wake and Johnston Counties. Our mission is to provide trusted home repair, maintenance, remodeling, and safety modification services that help seniors remain safely in their homes while delivering exceptional service to families throughout our community.
We are seeking an experienced Craftsman / Carpenter with exceptional skills, strong character, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
This position is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in their craft, and wants to help establish a new company built on trust and reputation.
What You'll Do
• Perform advanced carpentry and home improvement projects
• Install and repair doors, trim, cabinetry, flooring, decks, and other residential features
• Complete drywall repair and finishing work
• Assist with bathroom updates and accessibility modifications
• Perform general home repair and maintenance projects
• Deliver professional service and exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of paid carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction experience
• Strong finish carpentry skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Extensive knowledge of residential construction methods and repair techniques
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
