We’re seeking a highly organized professional to support Treasury, Tax, Cost Optimization, and Risk teams by coordinating business requests, managing documentation, conducting research, and keeping critical initiatives on track.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently with senior leaders, and enjoys bringing structure to complex work.

 
What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate requests, meetings, calendars, and follow-up actions across Finance teams.

  • Monitor regulatory and government updates that may impact the business.

  • Maintain SharePoint/document repositories and support audit readiness.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and tracking tools using Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and departmental initiatives.


  • 7+ years of experience in administrative, coordination, or supporting c-suite or senior executives

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
