Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and interviews.
• Create tailored treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that apply evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing techniques.
• Collaborate closely with other treatment team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, guiding their involvement in the recovery process and enhancing the overall treatment experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices, ensuring that client records reflect progress and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals overcoming substance use disorders, often coupled with mental health diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

• A valid licensure in one of the following fields: LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD.
