In this highly collaborative role, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, UX, and Operations to bring product initiatives from concept through launch and ongoing optimization. You will also support additional product lines and collaborate closely with fellow Product Managers, contributing expertise across our broader product portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced software environment, enjoys balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, and wants to see the tangible business and customer impact of their work.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Specify market requirements for current and future products through formal and informal market research, customer feedback, and ongoing market analysis.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, the competitive landscape, innovation opportunities, and company goals to guide product decisions.
  • Identify, propose, and prioritize new features or product offerings based on market insight and customer needs.
  • Define clear product requirements and collaborate with development teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to research user needs and design intuitive, effective product experiences.
  • Evaluate and manage strategic partner relationships and product integrations that enhance product value and reach.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, key benefits, and target customer profiles.
  • Support the Sales team and key customers by providing product expertise and insight into how solutions meet customer needs and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and user feedback to anticipate challenges and proactively plan improvements.
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning and long-term portfolio strategy.
  • Support other product lines and collaborate with fellow Product Managers as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Proven ability to prioritize features and manage competing requests from multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment and confidence to make difficult decisions, including the ability to say "no" and clearly justify those decisions.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with internal teams, customers, and partners.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to independently prioritize work on a daily basis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working in Agile development environments and dynamic software organizations.

  • 5-7+ years of experience in software product management or a closely related role.
  • Familiarity with software development concepts; experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., C#, C++) is a strong plus.
  • Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server and/or Oracle preferred.
  • Experience working within Agile software development methodologies preferred.
  • Experience working on or supporting AI/ML-driven products or features preferred.
