• Provide live clinical supervision and support to fellow practitioners, guiding them through complex cases and risk escalations.
• Engage in direct crisis intervention, including responding to mental health emergencies and potential child abuse incidents, ensuring swift and sensitive support.
• Research and connect clients with community resources, including assistance programs for food, childcare, and healthcare, to enhance their overall well-being.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the client's goals, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients through various modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and licensing regulations.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Scripps Health Recovery, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds and those experiencing mental health challenges. • Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.
• California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification is REQUIRED.

• Proficient in conducting psychosocial assessments, case management evaluations, and risk assessments.
