• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, detailed diagnostic interviews, and thorough risk assessments to identify patient needs and challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their specific goals and cultural perspectives to ensure tailored care.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across various settings including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Provide essential crisis intervention services, working closely with patients in acute distress to stabilize their condition and ensure ongoing support.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, while adhering to clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Support patient and family education by offering psychoeducational resources, equipping them with practical skills to manage mental health conditions effectively.
• Conduct outcome assessments regularly to evaluate treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Participate in continuous professional development by staying informed on emerging trends and best practices in mental health.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality regarding patient information consistently.

You will work predominantly with at-risk adolescents and adults facing mental health challenges, including substance use disorders. Our clinic is dedicated to addressing the unique mental health needs of diverse populations, and your cultural competence will be essential in providing effective and empathetic care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience in addiction treatment and detox environments is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and crisis intervention techniques.
