  • Post-internship field experience working with adults in clinical settings is required.
  • Familiarity with treatment planning, goal setting, and progress documentation is crucial.
  • Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, REBT, DBT, and Trauma-Informed Therapy.
  • Astrong understanding of the DSM-V for assessments and diagnostic purposes.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing positive behavior support is advantageous.
  • Strong capability to create customized treatment plans based on client assessments.
  • Previous experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams would be beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, employees will enjoy a dynamic work environment that values innovation and professional development. Benefits include:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Employee assistance program that offers resources for mental well-being.
