About the Job

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll serve as a trusted talent partner to operational and clinical leaders across CareATC. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and clinic operations positions nationwide, helping attract and hire the talent that keeps our health centers running successfully.

This is a fast-paced role that combines sourcing, relationship management, workforce planning, and recruiting strategy. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting plans, build candidate pipelines, and guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong sourcing skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and clinic operations positions across multiple states

  • Recruit for Medical Assistants, Clinical Assistants, LPNs, RNs, clinic leadership, X-Ray Technologists, Phlebotomists, and other healthcare support roles

  • Develop sourcing strategies and proactively engage active and passive candidates through multiple recruiting channels

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruiting guidance throughout the hiring process

  • Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit

  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, and pre-employment activities

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions

  • Maintain recruiting activity and candidate data within Workday Recruiting and other recruiting platforms

  • Analyze recruiting trends and provide market insights related to candidate availability, compensation, and hiring challenges

  • Contribute to recruiting process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and talent acquisition projects

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, clinical staffing, or high-volume recruiting environments

  • Experience recruiting Medical Assistants, nursing, allied health, clinic operations, or other healthcare support positions

  • Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying, engaging, and converting passive candidates

  • Experience utilizing Workday Recruiting or a comparable enterprise applicant tracking system preferred

  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage recruiting processes effectively

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating successfully with hiring managers and cross-functional teams

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
