Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients of all ages, tailored to meet specific treatment plans. You will document each session meticulously to track progress and ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Develop comprehensive psychotherapy plans that include clear goals and objectives, using evidence-based practices to inform your treatment strategies.
  • Collaborate as a key member of our multi-disciplinary treatment team, providing insights and consultative services to enhance client outcomes.
  • Maintain strict adherence to documentation standards as mandated by licensing regulations, ensuring all records are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between Clear Balance Psychiatry Clinic and external community-based treatment professionals as necessary, ensuring continuity of care for clients.
  • Respond to subpoenas for records and prepare for court appearances in accordance with company policy, understanding the legal responsibilities involved.
