  • Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions based on the treatment objectives and plan established during assessments.
  • Regularly monitor progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy services provided, adhering to facility and professional standards.
  • Manage a designated caseload of clients, ensuring timely responsiveness and individualized attention.
  • Engage in collaborative treatment team meetings to help refine patient care strategies, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
  • Provide services to both inpatient and outpatient settings, addressing a comprehensive range of care needs.
