Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting our clients' mental health needs. Your key tasks will include:

  • Applying a range of psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to facilitate effective treatment for individuals and families diagnosed with emotional and behavioral disorders.
  • Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to develop initial treatment and discharge plans, ensuring that you understand each client's unique background and needs.
  • Leading individual, group, and family therapy sessions based on the treatment plan established, adapting your approach as necessary to best support client progress.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of therapy services provided, adhering to both facility standards and best professional practices.
  • Carrying an assigned caseload and managing therapy services efficiently, revising treatment plans to reflect any evolving client needs.
  • Actively participating in team meetings to collaborate with colleagues, sharing insights and strategies to enhance service delivery for all patients.
  • Addressing client concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their safety and overall well-being are prioritized at all times.
  • Engaging in any additional tasks as assigned by the clinic to enhance service delivery and contribute to team success.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
