• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine patients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate patient healing and recovery.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team by actively participating in treatment planning, team meetings, and case consultations, ensuring cohesive and coordinated care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management.
• Facilitate one-on-one, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs and incorporating their goals into treatment plans.
• Advocate for patients by assisting them in navigating the mental health system and securing necessary services and support.
• Organize and lead therapeutic groups and psychoeducational sessions, focusing on skills development and recovery strategies.
• Engage in discharge planning and follow-up consultations to ensure continuity of care beyond the outpatient setting.

The patients you will serve include individuals grappling with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders. Your role as LCSW is pivotal in guiding them toward recovery through various treatment modalities, individualized care approaches, and effective therapeutic relationships. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
