Key Responsibilities

Your role will primarily involve delivering psychotherapy services to a diverse range of clients presenting various mental health concerns. Specific day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health status of individuals and families.
  • Developing tailored treatment plans incorporating evidence-based and solution-focused interventions aimed at achieving client goals.

  • Participating in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service quality and share best practices.
  • Educating and supporting clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment strategies, and community resources available for further assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families within school settings. You will help address a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges, ensuring that each child receives holistic and personalized care. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
  • A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) in the state of Kansas.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including direct provision of psychotherapy services.
