Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct remote therapy sessions through an evidence-based 8-week program designed to enhance participantsโ€™ mental health and coping strategies.
  • Monitor client progress, offering timely follow-up communications, and delivering care coordination recommendations.
  • Document session notes comprehensively while adhering to HIPAA Privacy & Security standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Engage as a vital member of the care team, assisting clients in accessing necessary resources and completing consent and authorization forms.
  • Identify high-risk situations by responding to elevated safety concerns, implementing appropriate protocols to maintain client safety.
  • Participate in team meetings, including regular supervisory check-ins, monthly group discussions, and all-hands Town Halls to enhance collaboration and communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A valid and active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.
  • Willingness or ability to maintain a consistent schedule to accommodate client needs effectively.
  • Experience conducting psychotherapy utilizing various methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), demonstrating clinical versatility.
  • A proven passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals while addressing the challenges of behavioral health care.

Preferred Experience
