Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental demeanor essential for fostering a therapeutic alliance.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
  • No history of disciplinary actions on board.
Preferred Experience
