• Conduct thorough assessments to gather comprehensive client histories, evaluate mental health status, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using various modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Guide clients through critical life transitions, relationship challenges, and mental health struggles, delivering individualized therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to provide integrated care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Document therapy sessions meticulously using electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in case consultations to share insights, discuss challenges and celebrate successes with fellow team members.
• Design and implement community workshops to educate clients and their families about mental wellness, coping strategies, and available resources.

• Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
• A strong foundation in psychotherapeutic techniques and a genuine desire to support clients in navigating emotional challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and remote therapy tools.

Ideally, candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in providing therapy to individuals and families, as well as a background in working within outpatient settings. Experience in delivering services through telehealth platforms will be an advantage, as will any additional certifications in specific therapeutic modalities.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
