This position offers a remote work setting while primarily operating within an outpatient office framework. • Conduct individual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that meet their specific goals.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short therapy to deliver effective treatment.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and conduct family and couples counseling as needed to address complex relational dynamics.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, contributing insights and recommendations during case discussions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and professional standards, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and compliant.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training seminars to stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in mental health.

Our client population includes individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and familiarity with telehealth technologies.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly desirable.
• Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive client care.
• Demonstrated success in developing and utilizing evidence-based treatment plans.

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
