Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that meet their specific goals.
  • Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short therapy to deliver effective treatment.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and conduct family and couples counseling as needed to address complex relational dynamics.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, contributing insights and recommendations during case discussions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and professional standards, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training seminars to stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Experience
