You will use a state-of-the-art counselor portal designed to streamline scheduling, client management, and documentation, allowing you to focus on what you do best—providing exceptional care to your clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide individual counseling through secure video chat sessions, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress throughout the therapeutic process, adapting treatment strategies as necessary and helping clients implement healthy coping mechanisms.
• Facilitate insightful discussions with clients to foster self-awareness regarding their feelings, relationships, and behavioral patterns.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the counselor portal, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices.

Your focus will be on assisting stable, low-acuity adults who present a variety of mental health needs, from anxiety and depression to stress management and life transitions. Your efforts will directly influence their quality of life and functional outcomes by empowering them to develop necessary coping skills and emotional resilience.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field (Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology).
• Current, valid state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW). Please do not apply if you possess a limited or provisional license or have any disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to utilize video conferencing tools for delivering therapy sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a sympathetic demeanor, allowing for genuine connections with clients.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in telehealth or specific therapeutic modalities will be given preference. Proven success in developing treatment plans and fostering positive client outcomes is highly desirable.
