Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and evaluations to accurately determine the mental health needs of individuals and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy sessions using secure online platforms, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with clients to define therapeutic goals and provide ongoing, consistent support throughout their treatment journey, adapting approaches as necessary based on client feedback.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities customized to meet individual client needs and preferences, drawing from a rich toolkit of psychological techniques to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of each therapy session, reflecting client progress and any adjustments to treatment plans, to ensure ongoing care continuity and compliance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As part of our therapy network, you will support a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, essential for fostering a strong therapeutic rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• The ability to show genuine empathy, compassion, and understanding in addressing clients’ experiences, fostering a safe and welcoming therapeutic space.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance client caseloads, documentation, and continuous professional growth.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in remote counseling or teletherapy, demonstrating proficiency in the use of virtual therapy tools and technologies.
• Prior experience working with a diverse client population and addressing multicultural factors influencing mental health.
• Engagement in ongoing professional development, including workshops or certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches.
