• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client’s mental health needs and construct customized treatment plans that target their specific challenges.

• Work closely with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress, adapting treatment plans as required to ensure optimal outcomes.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for fostering safe and trusting relationships with clients.
• Ability to empathize, express compassion, and maintain a non-judgmental stance towards clients' experiences and challenges.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time-management skills to manage client caseloads efficiently.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices will be an advantage.
• Experience serving various age groups and backgrounds, particularly in remote therapeutic contexts.

• Offering a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
