• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients using secure telehealth technology, such as video conferencing software.
• Thoroughly assess and diagnose client mental health conditions to formulate personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
• Equip clients with effective coping mechanisms and strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges, especially in relation to major life transitions.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, ensuring all interactions and treatment plans are recorded in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines, including confidentiality protocols, and maintain a nonjudgmental space for clients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for integrated care when necessary, such as referring clients to psychiatrists or community resources.

As an LMHC at Wholehearted Healing, you will work with a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults, who may be dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, life changes, and other mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York is mandatory.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Flexibility to accommodate weekend and evening hours to meet clients' needs.

• Previous experience in providing counseling services via telehealth is highly preferred.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, with the possibility of a sign-on bonus.
