The Business Applications team is responsible for designing, supporting, and continuously enhancing the enterprise platforms that power our core business processes. We partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and reliable solutions, including Salesforce and other critical systems.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Platform Events, Lightning Components, and triggers.
  • Implement and configure Salesforce features, including custom objects, fields, flows and validation rules.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Perform data migration, data quality analysis, and data cleansing activities.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and propose effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and release notes.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata API) and integrating Salesforce with other systems.
  • Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience with CPQ is preferred.
