This position is designed for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker, providing the flexibility to work remotely. You will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team operating within a Detox Center, collaborating with other professionals, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to deliver coordinated care tailored to individual client needs. Flexible scheduling options are available, including evening and weekend hours to ensure accessibility for clients requiring support.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources to build individual treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals and interventions to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Collaborate with a treatment team to ensure that all aspects of a client's care are appropriately addressed, promoting a holistic approach to recovery.
• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, offering safety planning and support as situations arise.
• Facilitate diverse group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to promote skill-building and community support.
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical and legal documentation standards, ensuring accurate and timely client records.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health challenges, particularly those navigating the detoxification process. You will provide essential support to individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders, understanding the complexities of dual diagnoses, and addressing the intertwined relationship between mental health and addiction.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly within dual diagnosis or addiction-focused environments.
• A solid understanding of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities relevant to mental health and substance abuse recovery.

• Prior experience in a detox or substance abuse setting is highly desirable.
