• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, as well as family and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment models such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, collaborating with clients to set realistic goals and choose appropriate interventions.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a client-centered approach to healthcare delivery.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to empower clients while also providing support through dedicated support groups.
• Deliver crisis intervention, risk assessment, and create safety plans as necessary to address clients’ immediate needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will engage with a dynamic and diverse client population. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Exceptional interpersonal, assessment, and communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A minimum of two years of experience working as a social worker, specifically in a mental health or outpatient setting.
