As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Applying specialized mental health therapy techniques tailored to individual and family needs, aimed at addressing diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating initial discharge plans.
• Facilitating individual, group, or family therapy sessions as specified in each patient’s treatment plan.
• Creating and maintaining an initial treatment plan based on assessment results, coordinating further services as required and adjusting the plan as necessary.
• Documenting therapy services in accordance with facility standards and ensuring all documentation is current and reflects patient progress.
• Managing an assigned caseload and ensuring all patient needs are met while participating actively in treatment team meetings.
• Addressing patient concerns and complaints promptly to maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Adhering to protocols that prioritize patient safety in all treatment scenarios.
• Performing additional functions and tasks as directed by leadership to support the clinic’s operational goals.

This role encompasses working with a rich tapestry of client demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Your clinical insight will be crucial in connecting with these individuals and their families, helping them navigate their personal journeys toward mental wellness and stability.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field from an accredited institution.
• Active state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities geared towards treating diverse age groups across the lifespan.

A minimum of two years of practical experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with a focus on counseling adolescents and families. Proficiency in evidence-based practices and familiarity with telehealth delivery methods are also advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
