Job Title: Oracle Financial SME Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract Oracle EBS R12.2.11+, Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, FAH), PL/SQL, OAF, XML/BI Publisher, integrations with Nasco/G6/Facets, and prior Blue Cross Blue Shield experience preferred. Job Overview: Oracle Financial SME with a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2.11 or above and prior experience working within a Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and integrating Oracle Financials with key healthcare platforms such as Nasco, G6, and Facets. This is a critical project with tight timelines, requiring a hands-on expert who can drive integration and configuration efforts efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead integration efforts between Oracle EBS (On-Premise) and healthcare platforms (Nasco, G6, Facets).
  • Provide functional and technical expertise across Oracle Financial modules.
  • Design, configure, and customize Oracle Financial applications to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and support interfaces, conversions, and extensions related to Oracle Financials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end system integration.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and technical designs.
  • Support production issues and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Healthcare Experience: Prior experience supporting a Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) organization is a big plus.
  • Integration Expertise: Must have hands-on experience integrating Oracle Financials with Nasco, G6, or Facets.
Functional Expertise (5+ years):
  • General Ledger (GL) - Must have
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
Technical Expertise (5+ years):
  • Oracle EBS (On-Premise) - R12.2.11 and above (must have)
  • Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
  • XML / BI Publisher Reporting (must have)
  • PL/SQL, Forms, Workflow Customizations
  • Interfaces and Data Conversions (inbound/outbound)
  • Integration experience with upstream and downstream systems
Preferred Experience:
  • Oracle Cloud SaaS (Fusion Financials) exposure is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SSO, SFTP integrations, and Oracle OCI infrastructure.
