As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Keep In Touch Counseling Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique needs and challenges.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions aimed at improving clients' mental health and overall quality of life.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records in compliance with confidentiality and regulatory guidelines, ensuring that client information is safeguarded.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated care that addresses all aspects of clients’ wellness.
• Educating clients and their families about available mental health resources and support systems, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
• Integrating the latest research findings and methodologies into your clinical practice to ensure the effectiveness of treatment.

You will serve a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your work will focus on issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges. You will play a crucial role in guiding these individuals through their challenges by providing empathetic support and expert therapeutic intervention.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, ensuring you have the foundational knowledge necessary for effective practice.
• An active California LCSW license in good standing, reflecting your commitment to maintaining professional standards.
