• Conduct virtual therapy sessions primarily utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to address a range of mental health concerns.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using our user-friendly electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Participate in weekly clinical consultation meetings with peers, aimed at enhancing professional development and refining therapeutic approaches.
• Adhere to a consistent work schedule, providing care to clients during standard business hours with no weekend responsibilities.
• Collaborate with our administrative team to manage client scheduling and case loads effectively.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults, each facing their own unique mental health challenges. Our patients come from various backgrounds, and we prioritize creating an inclusive environment where all clients feel welcomed and understood. You will be instrumental in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues, contributing to their overall health journeys.

• Current licensure in Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A graduate degree in a behavioral health field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.
• Minimum of two years of independent clinical experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Exceptional documentation skills and proficiency in utilizing digital platforms for clinical practice.

• Experience with teletherapy or virtual counseling methodologies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, particularly CBT, is preferred.
• A strong background in working with a variety of mental health diagnoses and treatment planning.

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
