Job Description:

Our client is hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide support to healthcare providers and internal teams by handling inbound inquiries, researching account information, and communicating resolutions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone calls and respond to voicemail messages promptly.
  • Manage incoming emails from healthcare providers, clients, and internal departments.
  • Research provider accounts and review case history using internal software systems.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve questions and determine appropriate next steps.
  • Communicate findings and resolutions to healthcare providers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure all interactions and documentation meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Provide timely, accurate customer service while managing multiple priorities throughout the day.

Qualifications:
