Remote/Video Teller

Location: Baton Rouge, LA, 70806

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote/Video Teller to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional banking services through video and remote teller technology, ensuring a seamless and secure customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their banking transactions via video teller technology.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
