We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Child and Youth Behavioral Health Clinic. In this full-time role, you will provide individualized therapeutic services to clients within a remote detox center setting. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing thorough psychosocial assessments to understand and document clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care techniques.
• Designing personalized treatment plans that align with the needs and goals of each client.
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Responding to client crises, assessing risks, and implementing safety measures to mitigate potential harm.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in line with legal and ethical standards to track client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Leading support groups and psychoeducational workshops to empower clients and provide valuable skills.

Your role will primarily focus on engaging with clients in a detox center, who often present with complex needs related to substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will play a crucial part in their recovery journey by offering empathetic support, practical resources, and therapeutic interventions that promote healing and personal growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health or outpatient care setting.
• Robust understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their application.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.

• Experience working specifically with adolescents, families, or in a detox or substance use treatment environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.
