- Provide psychoeducation and support to clients' families for fostering understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and care coordination, adhering to all regulatory and ethical guidelines.
As a Mental Health Therapist at Bright Integrated and Counseling, LLC, you will work with a diverse range of clients. Qualifications- A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
- A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated compassion and a non-judgmental attitude essential for fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
- Proven organizational and time-management capabilities for efficiently managing a diverse caseload and administrative responsibilities.
- Previous experience in an outpatient setting, specifically with teletherapy and remote service delivery.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based approaches.
- Experience working with clients from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
