Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring adherence to ethical standards while fostering a therapeutic alliance.
  • Conduct intake evaluations and regular client meetings to assess progress, stability, and future treatment plans.
  • Collaboratively develop, implement, and supervise person-centered treatment programs tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Deliver a specified number of individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing various therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
  • Engage actively in individual supervision sessions and training initiatives for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
