• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each client's mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring the treatment modalities employed align with best practices.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care tailored to foster healing and growth.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific client goals and interventions, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client cases, progress, and strategies for improved outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning for clients in acute distress.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational guidelines.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work primarily with individuals and families experiencing a wide variety of challenges, including but not limited to relationship dynamics, parenting issues, mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression, and trauma recovery. Your expertise is vital to helping clients build resilience and navigate their pathways towards enhanced emotional health and strong, supportive relationships.

• Active License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting providing family and marriage therapy.

While not required, candidates with experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or specific methodologies such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) or DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is also advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
