• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment to identify clients' presenting issues, background, and treatment goals.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and narrative therapy to effectively address clients' specific needs.
• Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring interventions are tailored to individual client circumstances and cultural backgrounds.
• Regularly monitor client progress through follow-up assessments and adapt treatment plans accordingly to promote optimal outcomes.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and comply with ethical guidelines and legal standards governing clinical practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, forums, and team trainings to stay updated on best practices and emerging research.
• Establish therapeutic relationships with clients that foster trust and encourage open communication, facilitating a collaborative and effective therapy process.
• Provide guidance and practical strategies that empower clients to navigate their challenges and promote resilience.

The LCSW will work with a diverse client group, including individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and mental health needs. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability in working with clients facing distinct challenges, such as mood disorders, addiction, familial conflicts, and other life stressors. By employing a personalized approach to care, you will help clients progress towards their therapeutic goals and enhance their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally within a private practice or community health environment.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonus incentives.
