As a remote worker, you will utilize various telehealth platforms and digital tools to provide clinical assessments and therapy. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, personal strengths, and required resources.
• Deliver effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to client goals and preferences, ensuring ongoing progress evaluation and adjustment.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure cohesive care and holistic support.
• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients as necessary, particularly in challenging situations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical interactions and treatment progress in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance collective healing experiences.
