Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify each client’s mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans with measurable goals and effective interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a coordinated care approach that supports comprehensive treatment.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed, ensuring clients’ safety and immediate support.
• Document all therapeutic progress and client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients through shared experiences and knowledge.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker position at Madison Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, plus a generous sign-on bonus.
