Job description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced line cook to join our team. As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our standards. You will work closely with the executive chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success in this role. Ultimately, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a line cook
Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well in a team
Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays
Culinary degree or certification or similar restaurant experience
Experience working in a high-volume restaurant
Experience working with a variety of cuisines
