As a Part-Time Back of House (Kitchen) Team Member, you will play a significant role in delivering the Chick-fil-A experience by preparing fresh food with care, maintaining a clean kitchen, and supporting a fast-paced team environment. Every meal you help prepare makes a difference in someone's day.
What You'll Do
  • Prepare fresh Chick-fil-A menu items according to recipe and quality standards.
  • Work alongside an energetic team during afternoon and evening shifts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
  • Stock and rotate inventory throughout your shift.
  • Assist with closing duties and prepare the kitchen for the next day.
  • Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support teammates and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

What We're Looking For
  • Available to work afternoon and evening shifts, including Saturdays.
  • At least 16 years old (or restaurant hiring minimum).
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to serving others through excellence behind the scenes.
  • Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus-but not required. We provide thorough training!
