Overview: Palouse View Dental is seeking an experienced and organized Dental Practice Manager for a full-time role in Moscow, ID. The position involves running day-to-day business operations to support the doctor and clinical team.
Team & Operations: Lead daily morning huddles, organize and run team meetings, follow up on action items, and support business initiatives while optimizing the patient lifecycle.
HR & Compliance: Oversee team timesheets, PTO requests, training, performance improvement, hiring and firing decisions, and annual licensing or professional compliance requirements.
Financial & Administration: Audit schedules for accuracy and efficiency, track practice KPIs including production and collections, and manage the full RCM process.
Facilities & Support: Coordinate IT and facility troubleshooting or maintenance, address patient concerns, and serve as the main resource for operational questions.

Salary Range

Full-time $55,000 - $70,000 per year
