About the Role:
Pozo Goldstein LLP is seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our firm in Miami, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional legal environment where your organizational skills and positive attitude will make a real impact every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and prepare meeting spaces as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as requested
Requirements:
  • Prior receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with a client-first attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
