Our company is seeking a full time receptionist (Ongoing position) Must possess a positive attitude, be adaptable, and able to work with a multitude of individuals, ability to multi-task, and be quick on your feet. You will be expected to perform all receptionist duties which include, but are not limited to:
Answering heavy phone calls and handling voicemail system
Review incoming emails and forward to appropriate office staff
Proficient with heavy filing, faxing and general office duties• Assist with special projects
Collection of mail and incoming rents
Accept and review rental applications
Must be efficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
Potential Candidate Must Possess the Following Skills Set:

Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to Multi Task and remain organized
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow directions and work independently
