Description of Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome residents, family members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Direct residents, family members and guests to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer and screen phone calls, take messages and transfer calls as needed
  • Manage and update visitor log
  • Manage and schedule appointments
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform basic clerical tasks
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service

Required Experience:
