We have immediate openings for Registered Behavior Technicians at our Syracuse clinic. Position Availability

  • Part-time positions available:10โ€“15 hours per weekor20โ€“25 hours per week

  • Consistent Mondayโ€“Friday schedule with no late nights or weekends

Compensation & Career Path

  • $20/hour starting pay for candidates without current RBT certification

  • Nationally recognized RBT training provided at no cost

  • Upon certification, candidates may:

  • Remain part-time and receive a pay increase to$25/hour, or

  • Transition to a full-time, salaried position (30-hour work week) earning$35,000 annually
