Upon hire, you will receive extensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and ongoing supervision to help you develop the skills needed to provide high-quality care to children with autism. For those interested in pursuing additional professional development, nationally recognized Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification training is available at no cost. $5,000 Retention Bonus payable upon one year of employment!
This is an incredible early career opportunity for those interested in the fields of psychology, education, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, or human services. We are looking for bright and motivated individuals-no experience required-who are interested in helping children with autism overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
