Learning Path ABA Services LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a supportive clinic environment.

Previous ABA experience is welcomed but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who are dependable, compassionate, eager to learn, and committed to helping children succeed.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
  • Implement individualized skill-acquisition and behavior-support programs
  • Help children develop communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills
  • Collect accurate data throughout therapy sessions
  • Use reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies
  • Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision
  • Communicate professionally with BCBAs, leadership, coworkers, and caregivers
  • Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and engaging therapy environment
  • Celebrate client progress and help make learning fun!
