As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), youโll provide direct 1:1 support to children in home
and community settings, helping them build essential life and communication skills.

License/Certification: RBT Certification (Required) - state dependentย
Ability to Commute: fill in location (Required)
Work Location: In person

โข Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
โข Collect and record data on client progress
โข Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living
โข Assist with behavior management strategies
โข Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams
โข Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
โข Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
What we expect from our RBTs
๏ท RBT Certification preferred (we can help you get certified)
๏ท Passion for working with children
๏ท 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred
๏ท High school diploma or equivalent (required)ย
๏ท Reliable transportation and a valid driverโs license (required)ย
๏ท Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress effectively.
๏ท Strong communication and teamwork skills
๏ท Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality
๏ท Ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data
