We are looking for caring and motivated individuals to join our growing team. No prior ABA experience is required — we provide paid training and support to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Position Summary

As an RBT, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing one-on-one therapy in their home environment. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help clients develop new skills in communication, social interaction, play, and daily living.

This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible hours, hands-on experience in the behavioral health field, and an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in families’ lives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes.
  • Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
  • Collect data on client progress and session outcomes using company tools and systems.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors and participate in team meetings.
  • Maintain a professional and compassionate relationship with families and clients.
  • Follow all ethical and professional guidelines set by Bright Sky Therapy and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • Passion for working with children and families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients’ homes within the service area
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be willing to play on the floor with the children

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Background in psychology, education, special education, social work, or a related field.
