Job Summary

At Intellistars ABA, we are committed to providing ABA care that lives where the child does. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, primarily focusing on children with developmental disabilities.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties

โ€ข Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA
โ€ข Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals
โ€ข Assist in developing care plans tailored to individual needs
โ€ข Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and interventions
โ€ข Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
โ€ข Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care to ensure a cohesive approach
